HARVEST Manual harvest in the first half of October, the grapes are dried for 20 days before fermentation.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION The two parts are vinified separately with soft grapes pressing. Two weeks of skin maceration in order to extract the color and other polyphenolic substances. The wine aged 3-4 months in French barrels.
COLOUR Deep ruby red with violet reflections
NOSE Aroma rich in berries, plums and cherries, with hints of coffee and vanilla.
FLAVOUR The taste is rich, full-bodied and juicy. Balanced acidity and soft tannins ensure a long and soft aftertaste.
FOOD COMBINATIONS Perfect with first courses with savory sauce, marinated meat, slightly aged cheeses or simply as a welcoming wine between meals.
