HARVEST Manual harvest in the second half of September.
Part of the grapes are sun dried for 60 days before the fermentation.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION The two parts are vinified separately with soft grapes pressing.
After two weeks of skin maceration in order to extract the color and other polyphenolic substances.
The blend ages for 6 months in Freanch oak barrels.
COLOUR Deep ruby red
NOSE Elegant and fine bouquet of fruit with a long persistence at nose.
FLAVOUR Full bodied red wine, rich and creamy, deep an long to the palate.
FOOD COMBINATIONS Perfect with pizza, beef, pork and strong cheese.
