MATURATION AND VINIFICATION After the soft pressing of the grapes, the alcoholic fermentation takes place through submerged cap maceration at a controlled temperature in steel tanks for a variable period between 15 and 20 days according to the characteristics of the vintage.
Aging in steel tanks with subsequent aging in the bottle.
COLOUR Deep Ruby with violet reflections
NOSE Aroma rich in berries, plums and cherries with hints of coffee and vanilla.
FLAVOUR The taste is rich, full-bodied and juicy. Balanced acidity and soft tannins ensure a long and delicate aftertaste.
FOOD COMBINATIONS Perfect for dishes with savory sauce, marinated meat, slightly aged cheeses or simply as a welcoming wine between meals.
