VINIFICATION AND MATURATION Soft grapes pressing after the vinification. The wine aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
COLOUR Deep ruby red with violet reflections
NOSE The scent is dark and intense with many berries as well as violet flowers, spices and notes of barrel aging.
FLAVOUR A nice strong wine to the taste, with intense notes of wild berries, well-integrated tannins, with a long, long finish. Full, round and full-bodied, with a long persistence on the palate, notes of chocolate and coffee.
FOOD COMBINATIONS Perfect with different dishes such as beef, barbecue, seasoned cheese or spicy Asian dishes. Ideal as an accompaniment to tasty first courses.
